• Usage Data: Pickup/dropoff locations, load details, and interactions with the platform
• Optional device location: With your browser permission, your current location is used in the page and sent to Google for a driving-distance lookup to your pickup. Ratebility does not store these raw coordinates. The resulting deadhead miles may be included in your saved load details. You can enter miles manually instead.
• Device Information: Browser type, IP address, and general device data

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Calculate cost-based financial estimates and display route information
• Enhance user experience

3. Route and Financial Processing

Google processes location searches and route requests when mapping is used. Route and load details, and an optional calculated financial summary, are sent to our external recommendation provider to generate negotiation guidance. Financial calculations use your entered costs and assumptions.

We may share information with trusted third-party services only as necessary to operate the platform (such as hosting providers or API services).
